Oxygen Power is the definitive race prediction and correlation tool. It includes time and V02 Max correlation indexes (referred to as “VDOT”) for common road and track races (some not so common ones too). In it you will find over 40 race distances from 800m to 50,000m (including metric and English measurement) all with an associated VDOT to the nearest 0.1!
This is a MUST HAVE for all students of the sport of running. Currently it exists in limited quantities and is published solely by Dr. Jack Daniels.
