Jack Daniels Training Plan customer Lisa Klasman clocked 20:29 at the Kennebunk Beach Classic 5k in Maine, just two seconds off her training plan goal time at the end of 12-weeks of training. This was a 23-second improvement from her performance last year. After the race Lisa said,
Race went very well. I clocked 20:29, almost my 12 week training plan goal time (which you guys set at 20:27). Damn, you guys are good! 😉 My splits were 6:34. 6:48, and 7:05 for the last 1.1 miles. This is the 5th year in a row that I’ve done this and I knocked off 23 seconds from last year. Yippee!!
