Not only was Lillian all smiles after the race her coach, Leah Rosenfeld, was stoked too, “Lillian just ran a 3-minute PR in the half marathon! Her PR when she started with me 5-months ago was 1:46:36 and her short-term goal was to break 1:45:xx… today she ran 1:43:31!!!!”

As online coaches we get to work with clients all over the world but unfortunately we never get to meet most. Glad to see some coach and athlete selfie action at Icahn Stadium after the race.

We’re super excited to announce Leah Rosenfeld (pictured with Run SMART Head Coach Dr. Jack Daniels) as our latest private coach to join the staff. Leah will focus her attention on athletes looking to improve their track, cross country and road PRs from 5k up to the half marathon.
