Royce Kallerud (pictured above) flying to victory in the Osteopathic 10k in Kirksville, MO. He finished first overall in 38:04. Back in February, Royce signed up for an 18-week marathon training plan. Since our plans allow the coach to incorporate races along the way, Royce included this 10k with a goal of 39:00. His PR for 10k when he bought the plan was 39:34 so we’re proud to say we helped him reach his goal and shave a minute and a half off his personal best.
We’re just starting to get results from some of our first customers who purchased the brand new Run SMART Training Plans service. Kim Bogin and Jorge Ospina both reported setting PRs at the Boston Marathon after following their personalized 18-week plans.
Jorge broke 3-hours for the first time finishing in 2:53:27, an 8-minute PR! His previous PR of 3:01 was set back in 2009 and his last marathon finish was 3:13:22. We’re thrilled we could help him make such a huge improvement from his last race.
Kim Bogin ran 3:36, a three minute PR. Afterwards Kim said, “It is the best I’ve ever felt during a marathon. The sufferfest didn’t start until mile 23 but until then I felt great. It was awesome!”

Looking to create something that everyone could afford, Rosetti and Sherry got the idea to offer race training plans. But unlike other training plans available online, The Run S.M.A.R.T.
