Ask A Running Coach

We’re launching a new feature at The Run S.M.A.R.T. Project called, “Ask a Coach.” Anyone who has running-related questions whether your seeking advice, help or feedback on your training, just email [email protected] and one of our coaches will post the question and response to our blog. The more questions we get the more information we can provide as a resource for runners of all ages and abilities.
