Managing to PR under such extreme conditions makes sense according to Judy’s coach, Leah Rosenfeld, “Judy is one tough athlete. She has embraced every single workout I’ve given her over the past 19 months!! She takes care of her body and mind outside of training, it’s amazing.”
Judy couldn’t be happier with her coach, “Leah did a phenomenal job training me for the race. I have never felt so well prepared in any of my previous marathons. She’s an amazing coach. I’m so happy with the program and how much I’ve improved as a runner in the past year and a half.”
