Thank you Coach Daniels for helping me achieve more than I ever thought possible. I’m 47-years-old and running strong. I have exactly zero days lost training due to injury and have been running 2700-3000 miles per year for the past 3-years. I’ll be reaching out soon for a new plan and guidance after my recovery and time spent deciding on new goals.
