Stephanie’s recap:
My first mile was at 8:50. I tried to take it easy even on the downhills during the first half. Overall, I ran the first half at an 8:19 avg pace, 1-second slower than your projected avg pace. I knew that it was going to be a good day because I never hit a wall. I continued to pick up the pace throughout the second half, felt strong still at mile 24 and ran mile 25 even faster in 8:08. Thanks for the past training and for the training plan.
