Ashley Eavenson of Tuscaloosa County capped off her breakthrough Junior season with a new PR at the Alabama State meet this past weekend. She finished 13th overall in 11:46. After the race she said, “that is why I love racing! I felt great and I could have gone faster!” It’s that positive attitude and love for the sport combined with all her hard work and dedication that helped propel her to another level this year.
After following one of our custom training plans for her cross country and spring track seasons, Ashley dramatically improved her personal bests from 800m-5000m.
