1. 3k Training – 12 Weeks – $55
Many high school athletes/coaches and masters runners have already started customizing Jack’s 3k/3200m plans for the upcoming outdoor track season. Sample week of training:
2. Half Marathon – 12 Weeks – $55
We have always sold 15 and 18-week half marathon options for more experienced runners. Many have requested a shorter plan option so now it’s here! Jack has also written some beginner 12-week templates as well.
