First off, we’ve added video of Jack talking about the training plans and we have two more videos in the works of Jack walking you through the sign up process and talking about how he developed his scientific training methods.
An Iconic Image
Jack’s world-famous training methods and scientific studies have formed a foundation for every coach when it comes to the basic principles of how to train properly for a race. Because of Jack’s passion to write training programs for people of all walks of life every runner now has the opportunity to train under the most respected and accomplished coach in the history of our sport.
We’d like to thank our good friend Scott Brundage for designing an image of Jack to match his iconic status. To honor Jack we’ll be launching our brand new “I Run Under the Influence of Jack Daniels” T-shirts soon…
New Training Plan Options
We wanted to provide more options in terms of the duration of the training plan so we’ve added 15-week marathon and half marathon plans. Jack will continue to write new workouts and schedule templates so this is just the beginning of the different options we plan to offer in the future when it comes to the duration of the plan and the distance of the race you’re training for. Look for shorter distances including track races next.
Also, we’ve split the service into Premium and Basic options for those who want email support along the way. The Basic option is a little less expensive and good for a more experienced runner.
