Results are starting to come in from our initial Run SMART Training Plan customers. We just got word from Karin that she PR’d by 20 minutes at the Yuengling Half Marathon!
Also, we sent out a customer survey to our first 30 customers a little while back. Here’s some of the feedback we received:
- 50% had never bought a training plan before
- 40% had followed a generic plan in the past
- 86% said the customization features influenced their decision to buy a plan the most
- 30 out of 30 said they would recommend Run SMART Training Plans to friends and family (that’s not a bad stat)
What do you appreciate most about your training plan?
“The customization – I like the idea of getting input from an accomplished runner, who looked at my history and results before suggesting a plan.”
“I like that it specifically tells me what I need to be doing each day, including paces and distances. I also like that if I have an injury or an illness, my plan can be revised.”
“I appreciate that my plan is tailored specifically for me based on my current fitness level and race goal ahead.”
“I set my own goals and my coach made a realistic training program. I did not feel overwhelmed but instead excited because I felt as though I had control and a say in my workouts.”
