Over the past few months we’ve been working hard to put together a welcome packet for our clients. This plan has been in the works for a long time so we’re really excited to announce that starting this October, all existing and future clients who commit to a minimum of 6-months of private coaching will receive a Run SMART Welcome Packet. We have been fortunate enough to partner with experts in the industry to continue to provide all of our clients a truly professional coaching experience.
The first iteration of The Run SMART Welcome Packet will include:

- Active stretching routine, via Phil Wharton of Wharton Performance
- Complete injury prevention guide from Dr. Marc Bochner, Board Certified Sports Injuries, Active Release
- prehab exercise routine
- Nutrition for runners packet from Run SMART coach Alicia Shay
We’ll go into more detail about the packet soon but our goal is to cover every aspect of injury prevention. It’s going to be really comprehensive and provide a lot of value to everyone’s training.
