This weekend Stuart White and Brian Schmidt, both from the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex, competed at the United States Corporate Athletics Association National Championships.  White competed in the 5k and 10k events representing GE Runners.  Schmidt ran the 5k, a 1600 meter relay leg and 10k for Texas Instruments. 

On Saturday Brian Schmidt was 4^th overall and 1^st in his age division in the 5k in a personal best time of 16:30.  A few short hours later, he helped his relay team win their division by running 4:50 for     .... more

We are proud to announce that Alicia Shay will now be offering private individualized coaching and nutrition counseling through The Run S.M.A.R.T. Project. Alicia was a two-time NCAA champion and record holder for 10,000 meters at Stanford University and currently trains for Saucony in Flagstaff, AZ.
