Brian Pilcher wins The 99th Annual Dipsea Trail Race

Run S.M.A.R.T. client Brian Pilcher wins The 99th Annual Dipsea Trail Race! Pilcher finished the 7.4 mile course in 49:13 beating a field of almost 1500 runners. It was an impressive performance without mentioning the fact that Pilcher is still winning races at 52 years of age.

Coach Miltenberg Leads Two Athletes To All-American Status

Run S.M.A.R.T. coach Chris Miltenberg is also head women's cross country and distance coach at Georgetown University. This weekend two of his collegiate athletes finished 5th and 8th overall in the 1500 meters at the NCAA Championships in Fayettville, AK.

Thomas Podell Finishes 5th in Ultra Marathon

Jack Daniels client Thomas Podell of Hermosa, CA finished 5th overall at the Blue Canyon 50 Mile Trail Race in 11:50:25. That's some serious running. Congrats to Thomas for conquering the distance!

Summer High School Cross Country Camp

Run S.M.A.R.T. coach Blake Boldon has organized a high school cross country camp for both teams and individuals. The camp will be held at the Fountain Valley School of Colorado on August 7-9. For more details about the camp check out the website or email Blake at blake@runsmartproject.com.
