The 2010 Run S.M.A.R.T. Project Running Retreats will take place over two separate weeks in Flagstaff, AZ on July 25th – July 31st. This will be a great opportunity to get away, train and relax in the beautiful mountains of Flagstaff, heralded as one of the best places to run in the country. The goal of our adult running retreat is to offer runners of all abilities the experience of hands on guidance from our coaching staff. Participants will be sure to leave the retreat with endless knowledge, motivation, and memories.

- Daily training runs, guided by Run SMART coaches, through Flagstaff and Sedona on beautiful scenic mountain trails

WEDNESDAY

- A.M. Run: Red Rock State Park, Sedona
- Lunch: Wildflower Bread Co
- Dinner: Beaver St Brewery
- P.M. Session: Ingredients of running Success, by Dr. Jack Daniels, Northern Arizona University
Package
The cost of the retreat is $1,250.00 per person, which includes the following:
- Six nights lodging at the upscale Embassy Suites, Flagstaff (view lodging)
- All breakfasts, most lunches, and all dinners (at Flagstaff’s best restaurants)
- All transportation between arrival and departure, including to and from all runs, meals and events
- Run SMART personalized welcome bag (shirt, water bottle, training log, etc)
- Grand Canyon entrance fee
