Proper nutrition will maximize athletic potential, reduce injuries, shorten recovery and improve performance. As an athlete and a student of nutrition myself, I understand how poor nutrition impairs not only overall health but also performance. Most athletes eat a relatively healthy diet but are missing a few key components. My goal is to help you identify key improvement areas and then focus on real life changes that are easy to implement and maintain. We will work together to develop the best plan for you, which is individual to your lifestyle, fitness and performance goals. I am excited to help you maximize your athletic potential and improve your quality of life.

A nutrition consultation will begin with a client completing a three-day Nutrition and Exercise Journal followed by a phone consultation. After the initial consultation I will provide you with either a basic or detailed nutritional program. Both programs will address overall nutrition, daily energy needs, weight management, and nutrition before, during and after training and competition. Additional details of the two available plans are listed below.

Basic Nutritional Plan:

  • Analysis of current dietary and exercise habits
  • Email consultations for up to two months
  • Written Feedback: 2-page summary
  • Menu suggestions

Advanced Nutritional Plan:

  • Detailed analysis of current dietary and exercise habits
  • Phone consultations for up to two months
  • Email consultations for up to two months
  • Detailed nutrition program for the future (including a detailed summary and four weekly programs)
  • Menu suggestions
  • Recipe suggestions
  • Grocery shopping suggestions
  • Any other nutritional questions or needs
