
Today, we’re rolling out a new feature called “Ask Dr. Jack Daniels.” For the first time ever on runsmartproject.com Dr. Jack Daniels, named “World’s Greatest Coach” by Runner’s World, will be answering questions from the public. Starting today we’ll be collecting running-related questions via Facebook and Twitter and having Jack answer them in a video response on our blog. This is an incredible opportunity for every runner and fan of Jack’s work and legacy to hear and watch this living legend answer one of your questions online.

Restorative Yoga Workshop (NYC)

Join Mimi Rosetti for a Yoga Restorative Workshop on Sunday March 7th from 1:30-4pm at YogaWorks Eastside Studio in New York City. Updates To runsmartproject.com

We recently made some updates to runsmartproject.com. First, we added a new feature to the right sidebar of the News page so you can browse all of our articles by category now. For instance, check out only articles under Training Tips or Results. We will be updating the blog more frequently now with interviews, tips, client result, etc. so this should be a useful navigation tool to keep all of this information organized and easy to browse.
Not too long ago we launched “Ask a Coach,” to provide feedback, advice and answer running-related questions. This service is open to any runner who has a question, not just Run SMART clients. (more…)

2010 Run SMART Running Retreat
The 2010 Run S.M.A.R.T. Project Running Retreats will take place over two separate weeks in Flagstaff, AZ on July 18th – July 24th and July 25th – July 31st.
